Three Plans. Pick the One That Fits Your Property.
Every plan includes weed control, trimming and edging, leaf blowing and haul-off, seasonal cleanup, and photo documentation on every visit. The difference is how often we come and how much we cover.
Essential, starting at $140/mo. Best for smaller, lower-maintenance properties. Monthly visits through the growing season plus fall leaf cleanup and a spring refresh. The dependable baseline that keeps a tidy property tidy.
Complete, starting at $265/mo. Our most popular plan. Best for standard properties that want full coverage. Twice-monthly visits in peak season, plus hedge and shrub pruning, twice-yearly gutter cleaning, and bed edging. Everything in Essential, handled more often and more thoroughly.
Premium, starting at $370/mo. Best for larger properties or anyone who wants it kept impeccable. Our highest visit frequency, priority scheduling, as-needed pruning, and the trip charge waived on any extra work. The closest thing to never having to think about your yard again.
Your exact monthly price is set at the free on-site walk-through, based on your property’s size and landscape. Plans are billed monthly on a one-year agreement.
